Girls Performance Training | Limited Spaces Available
The group sessions are designed to develop players through high-quality repetition, game-realistic challenges, and consistent training habits. We strongly believe that players of different ability levels can benefit from training together. Grassroots players are exposed to higher standards, while more advanced players sharpen their execution under pressure.
The focus is not on labels or ability levels, but on learning, repetition, and growth. Every player is encouraged to work at their own intensity, express themselves, and develop confidence in a competitive but supportive environment.
At the core of the sessions is our mantra: Growth Through Consistency. Progress comes from turning up, committing to the process, and continually challenging yourself week after week.
Session Structure
Activation & Ball Familiarity
Dynamic warm-ups and technical activation to prepare the body and sharpen touch.
Technical Blocks
High-repetition technical work focused on ball mastery, first touch, scanning, receiving, and movement. Players are challenged individually within the group.
Game-Based Application
Small-sided practices and scenarios that encourage decision-making, creativity, and problem-solving under pressure.
Reflection & Cool Down
Light recovery with brief feedback to reinforce learning points.
